Colin Wade's Retirement

Colin Wade Web 2Our commercial director, Colin Wade, retired at the end of March after over 20 years working with Cannon Technologies.

In that time, Colin has had a huge impact on the success of the business, bringing in fantastic new opportunities and acting as a valuable asset to the sales development.

As a director of the company, he has been an integral part of the company direction and we wish him all the best for his retirement.

Here are a few comments from our Chairman and Clients:

“Colin has been a keen driving force, energising the dynamic development of the Cannon Technologies Group during the continuing and successful expansion years of the Company.

Colin has made many friends within the IT sector and his helpful, friendly approach to life has benefitted a host of recipients over the years.

He has been a great colleague and I, together with the whole Cannon team will miss him.

We all wish Colin a joyous future and many years of pleasurable retirement.”

“It has been my pleasure to work with you and I must thank you for the tremendous support you have given me.

You made working with you very approachable and easy. A quick call to you or the team would resolve or help expedite any orders needed.”

- Tony C (BT)

"I have known Colin in excess of 20 years and he has been a great person to work with and a good friend.

Colin has given us some great advice over the years which has helped us thrive in business and gain some very good contracts."

Just a great person to know and work with.

Colin, I am told being a pensioner is just like work you don’t do anything. The only difference is that being a pensioner you don’t have to be scared of getting caught.

I wish you all the best in your new part of life. I wish you good health, happiness and this period of life adorned with beautiful days and enjoyment in everything that you do. Congratulations on your well deserved retirement."

- Peter Kitcherside (ECS Dataconnect Limited)
