Convection Cooling

Cannon Telecomms enclosures, which may be required to house equipment with only low heat emissions, are often designed to provide natural convection cooling.

In this configuration no additional cooling mechanisms are fitted.

Convection may be of the internal re-circulation type but is normally contrived to utilise the external ambient air as the cooling medium.

Air filtration systems and labyrinth sealing are available to maintain the cabinets IP rated integrity.
