Cannon Electronic Lock (Patented)
The Cannon Electronic Lock is unique in providing a key override feature as standard which can be invaluable in situations where power fails or third parties may have damaged wiring or electrical actuators. (This feature can be omitted)
Any unauthorised use of key will immediately trigger an alarm.
A hand-held power supply socket can be provided in the CannonGuard solution, by request. (Note, this will not operate the lock if the internal wiring or actuator is damaged. Therefore the key override option is highly recommended)
The Cannon Electronic Swing Handle lock is available as single point or 3-point locking as alternative standards
Features
- A full Electronic Lock specification can be achieved by upgrading any standard Cannon Smart Door
- Any Cannon enclosure can be fitted with CannonGuard electronic locks
- The Cannon Electronic Lock Swing Handle stays in position when electronically released allowing it to be re-locked at any time without local intervention. This is invaluable, allowing re-locking to take place where the lock has been inadvertently opened
- The lock can be opened and automatically locked on a selectable time delay of up to 16 hours
- The lock is individually alarmed, in series with the door alarm. Therefore, if one or the others is open an alarm will still be raised
- The duration that a lock is held open is user configurable via CannonView
- The Cannon Electronic Lock can be opened either remotely, or locally with the Cannon Multi-Function Key-pad
- Wiring to the lock is hidden in the Smart Door frame and within the escutcheon mouldings for maximum protection
- The Swing Handle will accept virtually any standard Euro lock barrel
- Upgrade package available for 3-point locking option
