Your main duties will be to:
Manage, develop and grow your portfolio of accounts.
Research and contact new/prospective clients to obtain contact details and relevant company information.
Establish and maintain relationships with:
Prospective customers – through following up email campaigns
Identify past prospects due for follow up calls.
Generate opportunities to quote from the above activities.
Quote chasing, understanding what is needed to win the business.
Ultimately to increase the quote conversion rate.
Order processing from successful quotes
Collate information on prospective clients, even where a lead is not obtained.
Send out company information to potential clients/accounts when necessary.
Actively manage the client database to ensure information is accurate and kept up to date for direct mailing activities
Liaise with internal and external members of the sales team.
Log all calls and monitor success rates.
Produce monthly reports on activity levels, pipeline etc.
