Considerations for any Outdoor Enclosure or Roadside Cabinet

Exceptionally high levels of corrosion protection are provided by state of the art pre-treatment, utilising Reactive Chromate Treatment (RCT) to provide exceptional corrosion resistance and excellent paint adhesion.
The highest grades of powder coating are stoved in a continuous automated line to provide the optimum curing profile.
Each component is coated before assembly with a pure polyester powder coating, giving a minimum of 80 microns in thickness.
Product testing by the Quality Assurance Team is an integral part of this high-tech facility.
